Periodontal & Implant

TwinLight Perio

TwinLight uses two wavelengths in sequence: the Er:YAG laser first removes diseased tissue and calculus from inside the gum pocket, then the Nd:YAG laser disinfects the pocket and seals the tissue. A non-surgical alternative to flap surgery — no cutting, no sutures.

Periodontal & Implant

TwinLight Perio (alt take)

A second, clearer recording of the same TwinLight periodontal protocol.

Periodontal & Implant

Perio Before & After

Side-by-side X-rays from an actual patient case, before treatment and at follow-up after TwinLight periodontal therapy.

Periodontal & Implant

Implant Decon (Open)

With the gum tissue surgically opened, the Er:YAG laser cleans bacteria and diseased tissue directly off the implant surface — the decontamination step in the peri-implantitis protocol.

Periodontal & Implant

Implant Decon (Closed)

The same implant decontamination goal performed without opening a surgical flap — for earlier-stage peri-implantitis cases.

Restorative

Closed Crown Lengthening

The Er:YAG laser reshapes gum tissue (and bone where needed) to expose more natural tooth structure, without a scalpel or sutures.

Restorative

Veneer Removal

The Er:YAG laser breaks the bond between an existing veneer and the tooth, allowing clean removal with minimal risk to the enamel underneath.

Restorative

Crown Removal

The laser weakens the cement bond so a crown can be lifted off with less force and less risk of damage — useful when a crown needs to be reused or replaced.

Restorative

Cavity Prep

The Er:YAG laser removes decay and preps the cavity without a mechanical drill, with minimal heat transfer to the tooth.

Restorative

Cavity Prep (second case)

Another cavity prep case, showing the same drill-free approach on a different tooth and decay pattern.

Restorative

Extractions

The Er:YAG laser assists with tooth extraction, helping loosen and remove the tooth with less trauma to surrounding bone and tissue.

Aesthetic

SmoothLase

A non-ablative Er:YAG treatment that heats intra-oral tissue to stimulate collagen contraction, smoothing fine lines around the mouth without cutting or downtime.

Aesthetic

LipLase

A laser lip-enhancement treatment that uses controlled heating to add natural volume and definition to the lips without injectables.

Soft Tissue & Comfort

Cold Sore Treatment

A brief in-office laser application over a cold sore (herpes labialis) that can shorten healing time and ease discomfort.

Soft Tissue & Comfort

Sweeps — Post Removal

The treatment site immediately after a SWEEPS-mode procedure.

Soft Tissue & Comfort

SWEEPS Animation

An animated explainer of how SWEEPS mode works at the physical level.

Soft Tissue & Comfort

Sweeps — Simulated Tooth

A controlled demonstration on a plastic training tooth, isolating exactly what SWEEPS mode does to tooth structure.

Soft Tissue & Comfort

Sweeps — Curved Canal Case

X-ray of a treated canal with significant curvature — showing SWEEPS irrigation reaching and cleaning canal anatomy that's difficult to instrument mechanically.

Soft Tissue & Comfort

Sweeps — Lateral Canal Case

X-ray showing a lateral canal filled following SWEEPS-assisted irrigation and obturation — evidence of the irrigant reaching branching canal anatomy.

Comparison

Er:YAG vs Er,Cr:YSGG

Two erbium lasers, same task, filmed side by side — Er:YAG finishes in a fraction of the time since its wavelength sits closer to water's peak absorption point.
